{"id":50,"date":"2015-08-28T13:54:49","date_gmt":"2015-08-28T11:54:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/miguelsdp.wordpress.com\/?p=50"},"modified":"2015-08-28T13:54:49","modified_gmt":"2015-08-28T11:54:49","slug":"building-and-preserving-trust-on-the-credit-function","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oxvalue.eu\/blog\/deuda-publica\/building-and-preserving-trust-on-the-credit-function\/","title":{"rendered":"Building and preserving trust on the credit function"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"copy-paste-block\">For much of the debate about the Euro crisis and proposals on how to get out of it, I hardly find from any renowned economist any reference about how money and the financial markets work, not least about how banks operate as intermediaries in channeling savings resources to borrowers.<\/div>\n<div class=\"copy-paste-block\">At the end, what is at stake is trust, the very basic foundation of the credit activity. Trust that is not reflected as a component of any GDP index.
